Wage and Hour Division (WHD)

The Wage and Hour Division (WHD) is responsible for enforcing labor standards provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act that apply to noncitizens authorized to work in the U.S. under certain nonimmigrant visa programs. This includes programs such as H-1B, H-1B1, H-1C, and H-2A.
